These Terms of Service govern your use of L&P Cleaning Services (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and outline the terms under which we provide our cleaning services. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
1. Scope of Services
L&P Cleaning Services offers a variety of cleaning solutions, including but not limited to:
- Residential cleaning
- Commercial and office cleaning
- End-of-tenancy cleaning
- Carpet and upholstery cleaning

2. Booking and Scheduling
a. Booking Process
- Services can be booked via phone, email, or our website.
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email or message.
b. Scheduling and Rescheduling
- Changes to scheduled appointments must be requested at least [48 hours] in advance.
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as staff availability or emergencies.
3. Pricing and Payment
a. Pricing
- Pricing is based on the scope of work and is provided during the booking process.
- Additional charges may apply for services not initially agreed upon.
b. Payment Terms

5. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure efficient service, clients must:
- Provide access to the property at the agreed time.
- Remove valuable or fragile items from the cleaning area.
- Notify us in advance of any specific cleaning requirements or concerns.
6. Liability and Damages
a. Service Limitations
- We are not responsible for damage to items or surfaces that cannot withstand professional cleaning.
b. Insurance
- We carry liability insurance for any damage directly caused by our staff. Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
c. Loss or Theft
- We are not responsible for loss or theft of property unless negligence by our staff is proven.
7. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if:
- The client violates these Terms of Service.
- Our staff faces unsafe working conditions or harassment.
8. Privacy Policy
Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which you can review on our website.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England/Wales, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England.
